Hi,

Make sure that all images names inside xml are lowercase (eg. img1.jpg not img1.JPG ) and also make sure you have the latest Flash Player version installed in your browser.

I have a problem in that in that at home either via IIS or from the remote server the gallery looks exactly how I want it to. At work and some other places however the gallery is pushed to the top 1/3 of the frame. The site uses frames, one of which is the gallery. The other 2 are a header and navigation column. Which parameter can I adjust to overcome this problem and have it working correctly everywhere, including different browsers. (although work and home are both IE)

Hi. how can change places of category thumbnails with images thumbnails? .
i need to change direction of scroller of images thumbnails from horizontal to vertical, such as category thumbnails?

Hi,

It is working properly, make sure you have the latest flash player version for IE installed in your browser from Adobe site.

Hi,

It works just fine, just make sure you’re using lowercase letters for image names and other settings inside the xml configuration file ( example jpg not JPG, the server may be case sensitive ) and also make sure you have using the latest Flash Player version from Adobe site installed in your browser.

I have a problem with the gallery, the problem is that sometimes it load the images without any problems and sometimes it does not, thats the first one, but the main one is that when your are selecting the images, it work perfectly the first 5 or 6 images, then, after that, it only displays the white square, and not even the images that were displayed before are avialable anymore, it is very important to me to solve this problem.
