Hi, I bought X-TREME 3D CAROUSEL and downloaded the package. Actually I received 2 packages in the dowloaded file : xtreme_carousel_as2.zip and xtreme_carousel_as3.zip . As I am no WordPress expert, can you explain which package I should install, and how?

Hi there i’m using the carousel on the homepage of a wordpress site. I’m having trouble resizing the object to fit in the width and hieght i need. I’ve used the included API to resize the flash object to the right size but the white space surrounding the object still wont change dimensions and is overhanging the right hand column. Any help would be most appreciated.

Hi,

It works fine only with images. Try making the content inside your swf movies at a fixed size, but you probably have variable content that changes the swf size when performing mouse actions.

Hi … first of all thanks for the new ZIP file and I wanna say that the script is very useful. Thumbs up for this ^_^.

Recently, I’ve been trying to resize the SWFs inside the carousel (I am using swf instead of images) but unfortunately, I didn’t succeed in doing so. I like to have a smaller dimensions when it goes to the back of the logo. I know that the script is capable of doing that especially to images. Each of these swf has an animation wherein if you hovered over it, it will do something (e.g.: A menu will appear from its right part). I’ve been trying to set its itemMinWidth,itemMinHeight, itemMaxWidth, and itemMaxHeight but still the swf uses its own dimensions.. Is it possible to do this ?.

The WordPress Carousel works fine on WordPress 3.4.1. Probably it’s a plugin conflict. I suggest deactivate all your plugins, and then activate just the Carousel plugin. See if it works. If it’s ok, activate one by one the plugins and see which one causes the problems.

PS: your website is self-hosted or is on WordPress.com?

Just purchased this and installed the WordPress Plug-in for carousel. Problem is the admin panel does not show and the buttons do not work. Can’t show global slides options. When this pages loads the options disappear and never reappear. Can add new sliders but can’t delete them. Big problems!!! Running WordPress 3.4. Do I need jetpack?
